Increase in organization effectiveness using voive analysis: the system approach

Abstract

The main purpose of this article is to analyze literature related to the system theory and to present the system of increase in organization effectiveness using voice analysis. The concepts of the system approach were analyzed, the definition of the system, its components and classification were discussed. Following the principles of the system theory, the system of increase in organization effectiveness using voice analysis was designed. Each element was briefly discussed, i.e. processes influencing the employee, the environment, voice analysis system, expert system, prime and final organizational effectiveness. In addition, the relations between these elements were indentified.

Organizacijos veiklos efektyvumo didinimas taikant balso analizę: sisteminis požiūris


Anotacija. Šio straipsnio tikslas – išanalizuoti su sistemų teorija susijusią literatūrą bei pateikti organizacijos veiklos efektyvumo didinimo naudojant balso analizę sistemą. Straipsnyje nagrinėjamos sisteminio požiūrio koncepcijos, trumpai aptariama, kas yra sistema, jos elementai, kaip sistemos gali būti klasifikuojamos. Vadovaujantis sistemų teorijos principais pateikiama organizacijos veiklos efektyvumo didinimo naudojant balso analizę sistema. Trumpai aprašomas kiekvienas ją sudarantis elementas, t. y. darbuotoją veikiantys vidiniai procesai, išorinė aplinka, balso analizės sistema, ekspertinė sistema, pirminis ir galutinis organizacijos veiklos efektyvumas, nustatomi šiuos elementus siejantys ryšiai.
