The journal is owned by Vilnius Gediminas Technical University (VILNIUS TECH).
The journal operates as open access journal, the process is completely free of charges to both authors and readers. All publication fees are covered by Vilnius Gediminas Technical University.
In 2019–2022, publishing costs of papers are partially funded by the project “Publication and Coordination of Scientific Periodicals, 2019–2022” (Code No. 09.3.3-ESFA-V-711-01-0004). The project is implemented by the Lithuanian Academy of Sciences in partnership with Vilnius Gediminas Technical University and other Lithuanian institutions. To ensure the continuity of publicating the journal in 2023 article publishing costs were funded by the Lithuanian Academy of Sciences in partnership with Vilnius Gediminas Technical University according to the Joint Activity Agreement.
