Multi-criteria analysis of urbanized area development concepts

The article deals with sustainable construction and the evaluation of its elements using Multi Criteria Decision Making (MCDM). The object of the research is the analysis of the concepts of the arrangement of the territory located in the Pilaitė district, Vilnius. Three spatial planning concepts are being developed and assessed against three groups of indicators, each consisting of 4–5 indicators. The analyzed groups of indicators were selected on the basis of the social, economic and environmental dimensions of sustainable construction. The summative method of relationship evaluation ARAS (Additive Ratio Assessment) was chosen to evaluate the spatial planning concept.

Urbanizuotos teritorijos vystymo koncepcijų daugiakriterė analizė

Straipsnyje nagrinėjama tvari plėtra ir jos elementų vertinimas daugiakriteriais sprendimų priėmimo metodais – DSPM (angl. Multi Criteria Decision Making, MCDM). Tyrimo objektu pasirinkta teritorijos, esančios Pilaitės mikrorajone, Vilniaus mieste, vystymo koncepcijų analizė. Parengiamos trys teritorijos vystymo koncepcijos, kurios vertinamos pagal tris rodiklių grupes, kurių kiekvieną sudaro 4–5 rodikliai. Nagrinėjamos rodiklių grupės pasirinktos remiantis tvarios plėtros socialine, ekonomine ir aplinkosaugos dimensijomis. Teritorijos vystymo koncepcijai vertinti pasirinktas suminis santykių įvertinimo ARAS (angl. Additive Ratio Assessment) metodas.

Reikšminiai žodžiai: tvari plėtra, urbanizuota teritorija, teritorijos sutvarkymas, daugiakriterė analizė, ARAS.

Keyword : sustainable construction, urban area, landscaping, multi-criteria analysis, ARAS
